Being thick

I've just got a box got it all set up but I can't find the free channels that come with the box please can someone help

All NOW TV branded products have to be registered to a NOW TV account prior to most, if not all, media being made accessible.

 

Have you created a NOW TV account? What 'free channels' are you referring to?

By free channels, do you mean catchup services like BBC iPlayer, All4 etc...?

 

Or do you mean the free view channels for the NOWTV smart box?

You know, Paddy's post reminds me of the type of posts we used to get some 2 or 3 years ago, that is people who bought the white Now TV box, at the time, thinking they were buying a freeview box.

 

Paddy's question seems very confused.
