I have cancelled my account twice now and I keep getting charged, I have spent over 10 trying to call numbers that coming up saying it’s nowtv. I have been charged £25 when I don’t use nowtv, I called previously and got my money refunded now it’s being done again, this is extremely out of order. I was told last time that it has been cancelled and it won’t happen again. But yes once again being charged when I don’t you this. Am taking this to high because this is a ###### take

Are you calling relating to broadband or TV passes?
