Hello not sure if anyone is able to point me in the right direction. I’ve used nowtv for a year now and I pay for the sky entertainment and sky cinema. I was charged on the 9th of December for both passes but now each time i trying to watch the sky entertainment something pops up saying I haven’t paid please check the account. I’ve checked my online passes and they’re still in date and my bank statements shows they have took the money out of the account. I’ve tried contacting customer service but didn’t find any help with the robot, has anyone else been in this situation? If so how did you resolve it?

For refunds, there is a form you can fill out for "incorrect charge"

Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box.
There is also a email address you can send to customer services
