No, it’s not a con.
Just something that works seamlessly for thousands upon thousands of people to bring them ‘Sky Lite’, all the movies, entertainment, kids, sports and lifestyle programmes offered by Sky, live or on catchup (except Sports is only Live), contract free, on a repeating monthly subscription you can cancel at any time.
But which a very small percentage of those people get themselves into unbelievable tangles with, because they don’t understand how it works. Where the helpers on this Community, try to help them untangle.
Or, in a vanishingly few cases, hit a genuine administrative snag that NowTV likewise want to help them resolve.
i don’t know which group you are in, but we can take your issue in two halves, and, with a bit more information hopefully help you to resolve.
I’m assuming (and I may be wrong) that you have had some dealings with NowTV, and haven’t just found a charge from them on your bank statement when you have never been near NowTV?
First half: What are you being charged for, and do you know how this came about?
Second half: Why don’t you have access? Did you ever have access? Error messages, broken device? What stopped your access?
A few answers to narrow down what we are dealing with here, and we can give more focussed advice.
