Been charged for 2 passes when i only wanted 1

I had an 11 day free trial for movies and that free trial ended so I got charged the £11.99 which is fine because I wanted to keep it however I have also been charged £9.99 for the entertainment pass as well which I didnt want or say I wanted. How can i get my money back for this as i wont be using it and i didnt actually ask for it
