Basic improvements

I would suggest something as simple as when you fast forward or rewind the programme you are watching, that it actually displays the image so you can see where you need to stop, seems like a very basic problem that should be solved. Also the price is a joke £11:99 for just movies, why would anyone pay that when they can just use Netflix which has far better movies and programs at the moment.

Unfortunately not all streaming services have this feature. Although it is handy. 

As for the price. Do you know it is owned by Sky and Sky charge exactly the same price for the movies on their TV package?

Also I have not paid full price in over 2 years as you are always bound to get offers and discounts. 

In regards to programs and films, Netflix UK does not have shows owned by HBO, nor does it have any seasons or latest episodes of shows such as FBI, SWAT, Flash, Supergirl, SEAL team, Billions etc. 

It is all down to personal choice.
