Hi @Anonymous User

I am assuming you are going to the Apps Store on the Stick rather than My Apps to reinstall the BBC iPlayer App ?

Also perhaps try steps 6, 1 & 2 on this linked trouble shooting guide.

This is posted on BBC Iplayer web site

Why isn't BBC iPlayer available on my Roku or NOW TV anymore?

Roku have advised the BBC that they are only able to support BBC services on devices running OS 9.3 and above. As a result, BBC services will no longer be available on the following devices:

  • 2400EU
  • 2100SK
  • 3100EU
  • NOW TV white box

We try to support a device for as long as possible, but long-term support requires collaboration from our partners to do so. Usually when BBC services are removed from older devices, we’ll provide an on-screen message informing users of the change in advance. Unfortunately, we’ve not been able to do that this time as the BBC was not given sufficient notice. As a result, BBC services will no longer be available on these devices.

Hi @Anonymous User

The NOW Stick still supports the BBC iPlayer.

The model numbers on the BBC IPlayer website are for old legacy Roku Streamers and the redundant NOW white boxes.

There is a list of the NOW model numbers on this link below, where the NOW Stick is model number 3801.
