BBC Content

To avoid paying for a TV licence. Can I remove all bbc content from now tv?

@Anonymous User a TV License is only required to watch BBC content either live or via the iPlayer. Having the ability to watch the content (laptop, set-top box, tv) doesn't require one.

@Anonymous User  you also have to pay a TV licence to watch any of the live TV content available on Now TV whether via the BBC Iplayer app, ITV Hub, Now Live channels.  You can remove BBC Iplayer app.  You can't remove specific channels from within the various passes.   Why not just pay the licence??  It is hardly a lot of money.

The law changes as of the 1st of Sept.
Any content via iplayer on any device (laptop or tv box) will require a tv liccence.

I don't watch any live broadcast tv.

It is a lot of money. I opted out of tv to save money. Now tv and Netflix were cheap alternatives compared to a sky subscription and a tv license.

So long as you don't touch iplayer the BBC can't do anything, I don't speak to them never have
