Apple TV and browser not working

At the moment my NOWTV is not working on Apple TV. Just states ‘unknown product (1206) whenever you click onto a show or sports channel.

Unable to find any help from Now direct - I also am getting an error showing - must be lots of us they ar now admitting to experiencing difficulties.  Urgh in the middle of the cricket

Are you using an ATV 3, ATV4 or ATV 4K ?

I don't own an Apple TV myself to see if i can replicate the fault.

If using an ATV4 or ATV 4K have you tried a fresh NOW App download on your boxes and a reboot of the box and your Router ?

Just been over NOW Twitter and couldn't see anything reported to date with regards to Apple TV boxes.
