Annoying

Ever since I upgraded my internet it has become even worse now said I'm receiving 18 but the lowest I should get is 22 I'm really peed off tbh the whole reason I upgraded was to get a better connection and considering they are teamed with sky or are sky I can't believe the rubbish speed I'm getting not only that I got charged 60 for a box which accidentally got broke and it's no good anyway

Now don’t charge for routers. Are you sure that is what the £60 was for?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
