Is this related to a Broadband, or TV account?

Hi. Its about broadband.

OK, I am afraid I have no idea about how NOW present their Broadband bills.

As there is no direct support from staff on these forums I suggest you follow the contact links posted earlier.

@redchiz1

The sort of people who want bills as proof of address will want a broadband bill.

And I’m not even sure you can get a bill for streaming 😛

You probably can, for various arcane reasons, but it’s pretty unusual to want one.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

If it’s for broadband you can find the number to call on the link below.

If it’s TV then you’ll need to contact via live chat, by clicking “chat online”.

Apologies @gavs82008 I am still a relative newbie here, I come from involvement on communities where we ask questions first and then try to develop an answer based on that.  I keep forgetting that there is no staff involvement here. I have no idea about the broadband side, I know that TV billing has no meaningful personal information.
