If it’s TV then you’ll need to contact via live chat, by clicking “chat online”.
Apologies @gavs82008 I am still a relative newbie here, I come from involvement on communities where we ask questions first and then try to develop an answer based on that. I keep forgetting that there is no staff involvement here. I have no idea about the broadband side, I know that TV billing has no meaningful personal information.
No need to apologise, the main thing is your helping and that’s always going to be welcome 😄 I tend to supply both options straight away and let the customer contact support instantly.
If the person tries calling the broadband team for TV they will get punted to live chat anyway.
The sort of people who want bills as proof of address will want a broadband bill.
And I’m not even sure you can get a bill for streaming 😛
You probably can, for various arcane reasons, but it’s pretty unusual to want one.
