Accepting offer when cancelling

I have recently tried cancelling my now tv passes as I cannot afford the prices at the moment.

I have been offered retention offers, which are more affordable, however when I go to accept them, the website crashes and I am unable to.

Does anyone know how I get pass this?

See if using a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it when attempting to accept the retention offer when you cancel the pass.

If no joy, maybe take a screen shot of the retention offer shown on your browser screen page and jump over to live chat to see if they can apply the retention offer their end on your account.

I have tried this tonight gone through firefox browser still wont work been on online chat no help at all 🙄
