About my broadband payment

I notice there is no number to contact not tv I need to ring about my payment due this week to be changed as I get paid monthly now and there is no number to contact I do not agree with this what so ever, can someone help pls and my broadbands been going terribly slow who do I contact????

If you are a nowtv broadband customer, you will find their telephone number under My Account (Person symbol if using a mobile) and by selecting Orders &Appointments.

Then once on the Orders & Appointments page, click on the drop down arrow below live date to see the telephone number to call.
