A large square in the background

Hi, 

When watching skysports on now TV, I have a large square that is in the back ground. A line comes down just past the half way mark on my TV, and just short of the bottom of the screen. Another line goes from the bootom of this line to the left to the side of the screen. You can see the picture but if watching football can see those two lines. Does anyone have any ideas? Does that make sense? Not sure how to attach a picture yet

Haven't fired up my NowTV box yet today, but is it still happening?

When I checked late last night it seemed to be fixed by NowTV.

Just checked my NowTV box and it's still happening. 

Therefore use my workaround on page 3 on the link thread that I posted.
