£5.99 being taken monthly

£5.99 billing

 

Now tv have been taking £5.99 from my account for well over a year. I have been unable to cancel this as I have never had a now tv account. I have finally discovered that my ex used my details to order something and so I have managed to get his account details in the hope I could access his account and cancel the payment. But there is nowhere to cancel this £5.99 as I have no clue what is was for originally. Help!

If I’m not mistaken the £5.99 is the charge for sports mobile membership.
