£150 fee when i dont want to leave

I am being charged for a canceltion fee when I don't want to leave and because it was due to fraud which cancels out that clause in the contract but refuse to let me keep going with my original one. And there's notes saying that Iv tried paying but it wouldn't work. And that after paying off what I oed them to be told that the care team would be best for it. But no got a very blunt person who would not do anything to help

Somebody fraudulently cancelled your Broadband?

 

Have you informed Action Fraud and got a crime number?

 

NowTV will need that to proceed as you wish them to.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
