@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Try removing the USB power cable from the stick and plugging it back in again and also check the stick is pushed properly into one of the HDMI ports on the TV. If the other end of the USB power cable is plugged into a USB port on the TV you might also want to try connecting it to the power adapter and powering it from the mains instead.
