returning Now TV Stick

Ok i have decided to return my stick as it doesnt want to connect with my wifi, Yes i have tried loads of trouble shooters but to no avail. I packed it back up into the box took it back to argos only to be met by the entertainment package has been used, 

 

So what now? 

 

Im stuck with a stick that dont work best of it all it was for my 90 year old grandma 😞 

 

anyone got any ideas how i can return? and get a refund ?

When you taken stick back was Pass with box because I’ve taken stick back before explained problems they still took it back given me refund but make sure Pass in box and explain sticks get returned to NOW TV anyway.

Even if Pass been used they may still refund you and like I said explain issues to them.
