problems with the new smart stick

I keep getting" error somethings not quite right" have to switch off stick and then its fine for a while ,then happens again. The movie quality is good then unwatchable quality. It keeps cutting out all the time, I hate the thing and wished I never bought it, My internet is great with anything else.

Welcome to the forum. When you go to Settings > Network > About does the stick report a poor wifi connection? If it does you might want to try connecting to a different HDMI port and rebooting the broadband router to see if it improves things. Connecting via power adapter rather than TV USB port if applicable might also help.
