Everything I try to watch won’t load and says the above message.

Connection is fine and everything else seems to be ok. Not sure why I can’t watch anything! Was working fine 2 days ago.

Similar experience here. Cannot activate NowTV Stick - gets stuck on the 'oops something went wrong' page. Very frustrating.

Getting exactly the same problem.

Tried the website on mobile device and PC both get error message...

It should be striahgt forward to set up. Not impressed as I had tried to run it on my android device via HDMI and they blocked it. So I forked out the cash for their dongle and now it isn't even working!!

I have teiws resetting my router and still same problem on my WiFi and on mobile internet. I can not access the website;

i have the same problem it just pops up randomly getting on my nerves now im paying money for this they need to sort it asap
