devices Issue

I am trying to watch Now TV through a new stick and it is telling me that there are too many devices on the account even though we only have 2 sticks and a BT box connected but when I log into my account and view devices then it says I have 0 devices and can’t add any new ones. Has anyone had this issue? Been going on for 2 weeks and so I’m paying for something I can’t watch!

Did you manage to get this sorted ?

If not, jump over to live chat and ask them to reset all your devices on your account.

Then watch some nowtv content with your passes on up to a maximum of 4 devices for them to be automatically re added back to your account device list.
