Will my Smart Stick solve previous issues?

 I have had trouble in the last few months with watching NOW TV via my NOW TV box and the technical people haven’t been able to help me other than claiming that my wifi speed was too slow even though the wifi speed test at the same place as the box was consistently over 20Mbps! Anyway, to try and resolve the issue, I have just bought a new NOW TV smart stick to replace the old NOW TV box. I am considering purchasing the current offer for 6 months F1/Sports Package for £150 today, but I would need reassurance that this would be cancelled and refunded in full should I find that I still have issues. Anyone able to help me please?
