Where is my now tv stick

I ordered my now tv stick on 22nd Sept and received a confirmation email, but have not yet received my stick?  How long do these normally take to arrive?

I ordered a now Tv stick on 26th Sept 19 and it has not been despatched but you took my money the day it was ordered.  Why has it not been despatched.  And can I have a redfund as this was a gift which I needed for the 3 Ocotober

Follow the steps above your post to speak to Now TV staff. This is merely a customer forum and occasionally Now TV staff will monitor and comment.
