Watching now TV on fire stick

Hi

I cannot watch anything on now tv. Billing and payments are fine. And my connection is fine. Internet working fine. It saying sorry something went wrong. Try again later. Its been 4 hours.And cannot watch anything.

Does anyone know whats wrong? And how i can fix it

Is this error message showing on everything on your nowtv passes or just a particular TV show or movie ?

If nothing is playing via the nowtv App, then try switching off your router at the power mains for 20 minutes to let the router to automatically acquire a new IP address.

Worth a shot if you are prepared to go without the internet for 20 mins.

hiya thank you for the reply. Its not playing on anything i put on. I will reset it and try.

My inrernet working fine. Its my now tv stick. Wont let me play anything

I have the same issue with NeverTV this weekend. I have 2 sticks and I also get the same message on both of them. The whole thing is really frustrating.
