If you are having trouble activating the six digit code on your TV screen, then make sure with the internet browser that you type the correct web address in the browser url https address bar and not your browser search engine.
Whilst typing in the address bar make sure that your PC or smart phone etc doesn't auto correct to a different web page.
If the above doesn't work and you are based in the UK maybe try again with a different internet PC or mobile device browser when going to the web page address shown on your television screen.
