Unpair Remote

Does anyone know how to unpair WiFi remote from Stick how my current one is not working.

These instructions shows how to pair a new remote controller on the nowtv smart stick (perhaps try this to see if you can get your existing remote to work and maybe try some fresh batteries also in the remote at the same time).
