Subtitles not working properly

Hello,

 

I recently started using NowTV Smart Stick on a Sharp TV (I don't remember the model).

 

I have watched Pacific Rim: Uprising and Solo: A Star Wars Story and both of them had problems with subtitles frequently not been displayed properly. 

 

For example instead of "My name is Han Solo" it would display "olo".

 

I have the latest update. What could be the problem?

I have the same issue on whatvere devcie i use - it's a priblem at niw tvs end - it must be 

I don't know how to complain enough to make them do anything about it - my partner is profoundly deaf and relies totally on the subtitles - it's infuriating
