Went through initial setup up connected to wifi carried out update and its now stuck on the splash screen
i have reset the device but it just comes back on to the splash screen ?

Did you try a full factory rest on the nowtv smart stick by holding the button on the side of the stick for about 6 seconds ?

Yes numerous times
unplugged it fir a few hours today and it seemed to be working but it kept saying lost connection on update now its just stuck on solash screen again !!
