A while back I fixed the problem of my now tv stick shutting down after 4 hours when not using the remote at all, the problem has reappeared even though the
Auto power saving box when no interaction after 4 hours is Unticked,
I today used the remote during the 4 hours and the stick still turned off after 4 hours , so there was
interaction.
Before the stick turns off , a message appears saying auto turn off Yes or No
The Yes box is highlighted but I am unable to flick onto the No box
Is there any way to stop this from happening.
I also have a Roku Express, and this does not happen on this box , so was woundering as to why now tv put this on there now devices . When Roku themselves don’t feel the need to.
