@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Those robot messages on setup have caused problems for people setting up boxes in the past. Try doing a reset of the stick by holding down the reset button on the side of the stick while it is still plugged in for about 6-10 seconds and then start setting it up again.
One possible cause is the username isn't fully set up - do you already have a NOW TV account with payment details and passes already set up? If so make sure you are using that username to sign into the stick.
If the robot messages keep popping up I'd suggest having a word with live chat. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page
