Stick setup - please help me

I have just bought a stick but already have an account with a trial pass already set up 

the stick wants me to enter a code to give me a another free trail but won’t get past the “enter your code “ stage that is now on my TV

There is also a green link in step 5 which should take you directly to the Nowtv.com/tv webpage where you enter the code that is shown on your TV.

Should you be asked for an email / username and password, just use the same details used on your existing account.

The six digit code shown on your TV is an activation code only for setting up the stick.
