Stick not working

I've had a now TV stick for a while now. It has worked fine until recently where it has suddenly stopped working. The stick light does not flash anymore but the remote light is flashing green. Tried resetting the stick, tried in a different tv, used the main plug and the usb port. TV just says no signal. Please help!

Sounds like you have tried everything, except maybe you might not have held down the reset button on the Stick for long enough; a short press just power cycles it, so if you haven’t tried a long press, then hold that button in for 30 seconds while it is powered on.

 

If still no go, is it still under warranty? You can go back to the retailer with it if so.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
