Stick - Will not launch on TV

Hello - I have a now TV stick which we bought in December.

Was working fine, haven't used for about a month, now this will not launch and just get the NOW TV (flashing different colours) on the TV screen with "ROKU Powered" at the bottom of the screen.

Wont progress any further.

Have tried the reset of the stick and resetting the router with no change.

No live chat available.

What else can I do?

Hi @Anonymous User 

Try step 6 in this trouble shooting guide (click the black arrow to expand the on screen information).

Update the software even if it says you are running the same version number. 

I that doesn't work try the other steps.

Thank you for your reply.

The problem I have is that the remote has lost its pairing and when I reset I just get a flashing green light on the control and no option on the screen.

I've tried with brand new batteries and no difference, I just get the NOW TV screen with no further options and remote not responding. I've searched the forum but cant see anything have tried to reset stick etc. and router etc. but no change. Thank you . Richard
