I’ve just got a smart stick. Not really by choice but due to one of my devices ,the original white box, being ‘switched off’. Had to buy a smart stick for the privilege of being a loyal customer.....
I hate it! It does not wake up! I have to turn the tv on and off repeatedly every time I want to watch it and then reset the stick from the back of the TV. I am never sure what actually makes it switch on in the end.
I did not want it in the first place and only purchased as Now decided to switch my other device off and did not have option to replace the box. I would have contacted Now directly but seemingly it’s impossible to contact anyone.
Does anyone know how to make it work, first time every time?
