Sky store

This is all i keep getting 

 

 

Credit/Debit Card could not be Authorised.

@Anonymous User are you trying to redeem a sky store voucher to watch a NowTV film? If so, you can't do that.

 

You need to redeem the voucher on the sky store app. If you haven't done already, you'll need to go online and set up a sky store account

Once you've set up an account you'll be able to log into the app and redeem the voucher or use the website to redeem the voucher and watch a film.
