Silence

There is no other media service I use, that has so many frequent issues. Today there is no sound on any BBC channel. The 'Customer Support' from NowTV is non existent beyond rooting around here looking for information. I'm beginning to get to that point of wondering what I'm paying for ...

@Anonymous User what device are you using? If you are accessing BBC channels I'd assume that it's the black and blue box with integrated Freeview?

 

NowTV would not be responsible for any of the BBC channels via Freeview or the iPlayer app.
