Set up fine but no content

Set up stick ok but won't offer anything to view. Limited menu of - My Apps (greyed out NowTv tile only), AppStore (not available) and settings. Am I missing something?

Hi @Izzybizz

Firstly try rebooting the stick and Router by disconnecting the power for about 30 secs to see if that fixes it.

Hi @Izzybizz

Somebody else is having the same exact problem with their new stick.

Not sure what else to suggest apart from a forced software update by going into the stick secret menu and update the software even if it says you are on the same version number, just in case the existing software is corrupted.

Instructions here.

This updates your software, fixing any faults in the process.

  • Start by pressing your NOW TV remote control buttons in this order:

Home x5
Fast Forward x3
Rewind x2

  • Select the Update Software option that appears on the next screen.
  • Press OK, even if you already have the latest version.

Thanks for suggestion. Will have to leave it till tomorrow but update the forum when I've tried that!
