Hi @Anonymous User 

Do you mean the six digit code that is shown on your television screen when you setup the nowtv stick ?

If so maybe try rebooting both your nowtv stick and television by switching off the power for about 30 secs to see if it lets you continue with the setup process or it may ask you to re enter a new code again.
