Returning smart stick

Hi I wanted to return my smart stick for a refund, but the website asks me to get in touch with the team first to give the serial number of the stick. With covid their contact centres are closed, any idea on next steps as you only get 14 days to process the return 😞

I wouldn't worry about the 14 day cooling off period. I'm sure NOWTV will accept the return after this point should you be unable to make contact with them right now. When you do get hold of an agent, send them a link to this thread if it goes past the 14 days.

I wanted to return smart stick for refund. no way to contact Now TV.  How can I send it back ? they say I must first contact them on Live chat and tell the serial no etc .....but live chat is also not available due to Covid since then...Any ideas?

Try dropping them an email (don't know how long it will take for them to get back to you with staff levels surrounding Covid-19).
