Are you using the smart voice remote used on the NowTV stick or 4K smart box ?
If so have you tried fresh new batteries and re pairing the remote once again where there is a small pairing button inside the battery compartment.
I am assuming your NowTV remote is still under warranty, and if so have a read of this help article.
