Remote intermittently working and slowly

I’ve not had my nowtv stick for long and all of a sudden my remote  keeps not working. I’ve tried replacing the batteries, re-pairing, using a different remote and downloading the app and the results are the same. Works for a bit and then start to pause or slow down. I’ll select one of the arrows and there will be a 20 second delay to the tv recognising I pressed anything.

The only thing that seems to fix the issue is Unplugging the stick, turning off the plug for the tv and WiFi, rebooting and repairing but I can’t do this every time I want to watch tv.

I've tried to live chat but every time I chat I get disconnected and have to start all over again.

Anyone know a permanent fix?

No fix from me but I have this exact issue

Press the reset button on the Stick and hold it in for 15 seconds so it resets.

A quick press only reboots it  - which doesn’t seem to be enough.
