Just received my Now TV stick and the remote worked long enough to get me to section to link it to my broadband network but the “OK” button doesn’t work. Can I get past this using anything else or will I need a new remote?

Hi,
Did you find a fix for this as the same thing is happening to me. The remote is pairing but stops as soon as it gets to the WiFi page?
