Hello
Sorry to trouble you so late after this post but I constantly get an Ooops message after watching say one episode of a series and then attempting to watch the next
its not a buffering issue thing play fine on every other app but now tv just a inability to watch a further episode without switching off the stick and starting again
I have spent hours chatting to now tv they had no clue other than buy a new stick which I did but problem persists
I have a Hyperoptic dual band router
I tried changing the bit rate selecting de bugging etc which seemed to relieve the problem but it was just for a brief period then reverted too Ooops
it seems my system goes wrong once a program ends something happens to freeze it from playing the next episode
Is there anything I can do ?
