Preloaded passes not added on new Now TV Smart Stick

As title says, just purchased a now tv smart stick from Amazon with 1 month cinema and entertainment  supposedly preloaded only to find that they are not. Any advice on how to resolve this, can't seem to find any way to contact anyone at Now TV. Followed all the instructions and even opened up a new account so as not to confuse anyone.
