my nowtv stick stopped working the remote was unresponsive despite new batteries and resyncig so i got a new stick that arrived this morning. It asks me to sync the remote and put in my wifi code then says an update will will be installed and nowtv will resume after. After the update the screen turns blue and then it takes me back to the start up page again retype wifi etc over and over this is brand new from the box today. Any ideas gratefully received
