Passes

Hi I've had the white new tv box for few years and decided to get the now tv stick for Netflix. On my account my entertainment and cinema passes are not there. So when I log in to use the now tv stick when my account it's saying I need to buy passes. Anyone else had problems with this.

Does your nowtv passes show on here when you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers ?

With regards to your old white box does it still show your passes if you open the NowTV App on the white box and go towards the bottom left on your TV screen after you have opened the App and click on My Account ?
