I ordered a stick with the £19.99 discount and inclusive movies deal from a promo email you sent out, and its not arrived. Royal Mail say they have delivered it on their track and trace two days ago but I don't have it, and on their site it says to contact yourselves direct. How can I get a replacement stick ordered and the can you cancel/block the original one so no-one else uses what I have paid for.
