NowTV Stick Stopped Working

My NowTV Stick was working fine, I sat to watch it, chose the correct input on my TV and there was nothing from the stick. No menu, no app TV just said No Signal, the light is on on the stick, tried it on another TV but no change. I pressed the reset button for various times and it had no effect. Tried the usb in the TV and a usb/3-pin adapter. 

 

Any ideas?

Try the steps here:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
