I’m not sure what you mean by ‘Connect’ here.....
Is it that you can’t make the On/Off and Volume control buttons on the NowTV remote work the Sanyo TV?
Or is it that the Stick won’t connect to your WiFi network in these circumstances?
Or is it that you can’t get a picture when you connect the NowTV Stick to any of the HDMI ports?
If the latter, which is what I think you meant, then:-
turn off the TV at the mains;
disconnect the Stick from its power source;
plug the Stick into the first HDMI port;
power on the TV;
switch the TV to display the HDMI 1 port;
plug the supplied NowTV power supply into a wall socket and switch it on;
finally connect the micro USB connector on the end of the power cable to the Stick.
What do you see on the TV screen?
If still no go, please provide the model number of the Sanyo TV.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
